It's official, folks. D2DD is a perfect three for three in primary endorsements for marquee races.
From Andy Kim in 2024 - the year of our founding - through Mikie Sherrill last year and now Rebecca Bennett, we've amassed quite a record in our assessment and support of the primary candidates we've chosen to endorse.
The job, however, is only half done. We've got to get Rebecca over the finish line this November. No time to rest — on our laurels or otherwise.
In the days and weeks ahead, we'll be doing a deep dive into the primary election data to get a lay of the land — and how we can best fine-tune our canvassing operations and voter contact activities as we go forward into the general election. Look for our analysis after all results are finalized, in an upcoming issue of our newsletter, The Conversation.
Early this summer, in coordination with the Rebecca Bennett for Congress campaign, we'll begin the process of ramping up our ground game — joining forces with the state coordinated campaign to speak with a wider swath of voters at the doors in our service areas.
We hope you will join us in this incredibly consequential work, as we link arms with our friends and partners to empower the civic life of our communities, strengthen representative democracy here in New Jersey, and restore checks and balances in the halls of Congress this November.
Less than 150 days until Election Day. Just under five months until we make the decision of a lifetime.
Let's make every one of them count.
